Eggy Crescents With Taters and Dogs

I have an easy meal for you that will please the husband and kids.  That is always my goal -  one meal to make them both happy – I’m not a short order cook, although I feel like it some days.

All I did for these cuties is wrap a crescent roll around a piece of hotdog, one frozen tater tot and cheese.  Next they were placed in a muffin tin cup (sprayed with nonstick spray) and a little extra cheese went on the tops.  I then cracked 5 eggs into a small bowl, added a little salt and pepper then gave that a whip.  The eggy mixture was carefully spooned around the rolls in the pan (using a tablespoon size measuring spoon). Finally into a 375 degree oven for about 13 minutes they went.  Super easy and dinner is ready or breakfast – whatever suits your fancy.
