Today is the day that we are taking D to see the Gastroenterologist. I am nervous but also glad to be seeing someone that should have the knowledge to help us through whatever is going on inside my little sweetie’s belly.
Sorry I skipped out on you yesterday, we actually ended up heading to Edaville Railroad for a Day Out With Thomas. D really wanted to go so we decided to let him out of the house for some fun. The rest of the day was spent keeping him low key so that he would go to bed without any tummy trouble. He had a little bit of the grumbles but not too bad. Charlie had a nice Father’s Day – I tried to pamper him.
This morning I headed to the gym for a workout – mama needed to relieve some stress. I have been totally stressing over D’s belly aches. I did 15 minutes on the Stairmaster, 45 minutes Hill Climb on Treadmill (14% incline at 4.5) and then I did some weights.
Breakfast was a warm bowl of oaty love.
I cooked 3/4 cup oats on the stove with lots of water. I added cinnamon, 1/4 cup frozen blueberries and 1/3 of a banana at the end of the cooking process.
I topped it with the rest of the banana and PB2.
D filled his tummy this morning with a very hearty breakfast of pancakes and toast. At least he has an appetite today.
He told me that he wanted me to blog his food since I always blog about mine.
Time to go to the DR’s. I hope you have a great Monday.
