Good morning friends!! I hope that you had a nice weekend. Today I am having my first ever giveaway – not sure what took me so long? The goodies that I am offering to you all – 2 jars of Peanut Butter. Not just any PB, but PB & Company PB.

Back to the normal routine. I went to the gym this morning – no running for this mama today. I did 50 minutes on the Elliptical and then moved into the weight room. I really enjoy adding some of the exercises that I learned from the Shred DVD – gotta mix it up now and then. I did some foam rolling when I was finished – stretching = happy body.
Breakfast this morning was a yummy bowl of protein oats.
I did the stovetop method again but added a scoop of rice protein powder during the cooking process. I think that I was able to add a lot of extra water due to the addition of the powder. This bowl was a whopper. I topped it with a banana and it was darn tasty.
So the AC in my truck seems to not be working properly. I must get that fixed as they are predicting 90 degrees tomorrow. I never thought that it would be this warm in April. That is my mission today – I am not sure at how successful I will be. The dealer that I bought the truck from is usually great about getting me in and out of there so lets hope that will be the case today. I also need to go to the grocery store. Lots to do so I am off to tackle this Monday. Have a great one.
My favorite way to eat PB is on a banana. That is combo that I will never get sick of.
