Sweet Potato Mess

This morning I made a few changes to the usual "messy" breakfast. I tossed a banana in the cottage cheese along with Cinnamon Puffins, TJ's High Fiber cereal, sunflower seed butter and ...

a cooked sweet potato. It is full of good nutrients and carbs so I can stay fueled through a run at the gym this morning. I was tempted to just go with the pumpkin - I am such a creature of habit. The sweet potato didn't let me down - it was really yummy in the mix. Of course the pumpkin will make an appearance later : )

D's is looking forward to hanging with his chums at the gym this morning and I am itching to do some sort of a run - not sure the distance yet. As for the rest of our day, well lets hope I can think of something to entertain my little man. Have a great morning, Happy Wednesday!
