We have reached the end of our weekend, at least the weather here is gorgeous. I was up early today and hit the pavement for a 6 miler.
For fuel beforehand I made my typical oat bran, yogurt & Maple Almond plank breakfast.
When I got back I had a banana and some nuts (peanuts & almonds).
For lunch I made a big salad that contained shredded cabbage, carrots, tofu, chic peas, a plum, almonds, shredded mozzarella cheese and Maple Grove Farms dressing.
I really do not have anything exciting to report at this time, hopefully this afternoon will be more exciting. Enjoy your Sunday.
