Veggie time

For lunch today I made a big salad with cabbage, lettuce, carrots, zucchini, kidney beans, hard boiled egg, red peppers, tomato, and almonds. I topped it with a home-made buttermilk honey mustard dressing I made yesterday. To go with it I also had a low-carb whole wheat tortilla.
I think that I will make my husband, Charlie, and D some home-made pizza for dinner. Time to start the dough, D loves to help.
