Good morning. I am looking forward to my run today. Yesterday I walked and used another machine at the gym, just isn't the same.
I went back to Chobani yogurt for breakfast mixed with a banana, blueberries, and Kashi Golean.
........And small bowl of honey roasted peanuts on the side (I did end up mixing some in the yogurt). These added just enough crunch and sweetness to compliment the fruit.
Everything plus my morning cup of coffee. It's time to get D and myself dressed so we can head out to the gym. I'll be back later. Happy Wednesday!
